Every order processed at will be shipped from Netherland or Poland next day after payment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Orders within Europe will arrive between 3 and 9 working days. International orders will arrive between 6 and 14 days based on delivery conditions.

We welcome customers from Europe, Oceania, Americas, Africa and Middleast. For most of the cases, orders are despatched the next working day. Unless there is shortage which we will notify you as soon as we are awared of. Depends on custom clearance, freight interchange, orders may take as long as 5 working days to reach destination. Places like Africa, Middle asia and some areas of South Americas will most likely take more than 5 working days to reach.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
